This is a sturdy little machine thanks to its durable stainless-steel body and stainless-steel boiler. With a maximum pump pressure of 15 bars, every shot is extracted at the perfect pressure and temperature and is topped with a thick layer of golden crema.

The DeLonghi EC702 machine features two separate thermostats which control the water and steam temperature separately allowing users to make espresso or cappuccino at the perfect temperature every time.

The unit’s patented dual-function filter holder can make your favorite espresso drinks using either ground coffee, or you can use the “Easy Serving Espresso” filter with pods.

Another great mechanical feature of the Delonghi EC702 is a self-priming system which allows you to create a favorite espresso drink quickly and easily without the typical annoying start-up preparation.

Making perfect cappuccinos and lattes is simple thanks to the patented, adjustable Cappuccino System Frother, which utilizes a special chamber that mixes steam and milk to create a wonderful creamy froth for all of your frothy milk-coffee beverages.

Other convenience-features include an easily removable 44-ounce water tank with a water-level indicator, an on/off switch with indicator light, a storage tray for warm ready-to-use cups, and a large removable drip tray for quick clean-up.
